Welcome and thank you for joining us at A To Z STORES ONLINE a division of A To Z MICRO-TECHNOLOGIES, INC. we would like to give you an insight into how our site works our policies and other helpful information.
First of all, we are only a drop ship and wholesale supplier, not just a regular online store. You list and sell our products on your site, and you come back to our site to order them, We then we ship them directly to your customer. There is no need to purchase 5 of item #1 or 10 of item #6, the process is very simple. Once you have created your account you will have your username and password to log back in for future orders. Each order will be billed to your address when the account was created, then you simply put your customer's information in the (DELIVERY ADDRESS) fields at time of checkout. As soon as you click checkout, it will ask you to use the shipping address as listed (your address) or change address. This is where you will add your customer’s shipping address. Your shipping (ship to:) address will retain up to 300 addresses. After the 300th address is listed it will say address book full please delete one address. This is useful if you have repeat customers since you don't have to re-type customer information in over and over again. Every order you place will be kept as well, and you can view and print it at anytime. If you have any questions at anytime please email us, we ask that you email us rather then call us because we have more dedicated staff to answer emails then phones. We work on an M-F basis 11am to 7pm EST. Emails are monitored over night and over the weekend. Most emails will be answered within a few hours or even minutes after sending them. Sometimes on occasion it may take up to 24 hours.
WHOLESALE: We offer wholesale prices on products that are purchased in bulk, starting as low as quantity of 10, You must at least purchase 10 of any 1 item and have it shipped somewhere in the Usa 48 states in order to gain wholesale pricing, the more quantity the cheaper the price will per unit per be, all prices shown when you login are your drop ship prices, that price includes shipping, handling, packaging and insurance.
***IMPORTANT:Vendors please make sure your browser is setup to accept cookies and that we are added to any safe list you may have for your firewall. You will not be able to pass the shopping cart screen and go on to checkout unless these settings are correct. If you want, please try a test order to see if you get to the payment screen. If the browser sends you out, back to your shopping cart, then you know the settings in your browser need to be tweaked. Our technical staff can also assist you with this as well.
SHIPPING: all shipments will have a tracking number or delivery confirmation number. This will be emailed to you and placed in your order for reference. We make every attempt to process your orders the next day after ordered (no orders will be shipped on Sat, Sun or Holidays). They will ship the following work day (if ready), depending on the item(s) ordered. Some will ship out in 1 day, and some will ship out in 3-4 days depending on order load. We ship from 4 warehouses located in SC, CA, NY and directly from China.

DROP SHIP FEES: There are no drop ship fees; Continental 48 state shipping is included in your price as shown. All material, labor and packaging is already included in your price. The only extra you will need to pay is for International shipments, and shipments to New York which are taxed.
ITEM OUT OF STOCK POLICY: From time to time we may mark a product out of stock. Our system may have allowed you to put the order through anyway. This is caused if an item has been returned and a replacement was pulled and the stock never updated properly. In these cases, although rare, we will email you and ask if you would like to wait until the item(s) are re-stocked, we will give you an approx date we may offer you a comparable item in its place or we will simply cancel your order and refund your payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion and without given notice or explanation.
FLY BY NIGHT SALES CATEGORY:We have added a new category called FLY BY NIGHT SALES. In this category there will be very volatile inventory. That inventory item will never be re-stocked after it sells out, we suggest if you would like to market a certain item in this category, that you either buy it and then tell us where to ship it afterwards, or post it for a very short amount of time. Some of the items can remain in this category for months or hours. Upon our discretion we may substitute a Fly-By-Night category product if we have one of it alike in stock. RETURNS FOR ITEMS NOT WANTED: If an item is being returned to us because it is not wanted, there will be a 10% re-stock fee, and you must notify us in advance.
RETURNS FOR REPLACEMENT ON DOA/DAMAGED ORDERS: If an item is being returned because it was shipped DOA or was damaged during shipment, you must email us to obtain a RMA number and state the reason of return. ***NOTE*** WE DO NOT GRANT REFUNDS FOR ANY ITEMS. THE ITEM WILL ONLY BE REPLACED. WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY ITEM BACK FOR A FULL REFUND. ONLY EXCHANGES ON DOA/DAMAGED ITEMS. IF YOUR CUSTOMER DOES NOT WANT THE ITEM REPLACED THE 20% RESTOCK FEE APPLIES.
REFUNDS: WE DO NOT GRANT FULL REFUNDS ON ANY PURCHASES, WE WILL EXCHANGE/REPLACE ITEMS AS GOVERNED BY THEIR WARRANTY. IF YOU HAVE NO CHOICE BUT TO RETURN THE ITEM WE WILL REFUND THE PURCHASE PRICE MINUS A 20% RE-STOCK FEE. REFUNDS AFTER 30-DAYS ARE ONLY CREDITED TO YOUR VENDOR ACCOUNT.
PAYMENTS ACCEPTED: CREDIT CARDS, WIRE TRANSFER (WHOLESALE ONLY) , CHECKS, AND MONEY ORDERS.
SALES TAX: Sales tax will be charged for shipments to the following state. NEW YORK ,for NEW YORK state businesses we allow you to submit form ST-120 in which you will report all sales tax collected and you release us from any legal sales tax obligation to NEW YORK STATE. Sales tax is never refunded on a cash basis; all sales tax charged will be refunded/credited to your vendor account and can be used towards future purchases.
SITE PROBLEMS: FROM TIME TO TIME OUR SITE MAY UNDER GO MAINTAINENCE OR BE DOWN. WE MAKE EVERY ATTEMPT TO NOTIFY YOU BEFORE HAND OF ANY MAINTAINENCE THAT NEEDS TO TAKE PLACE, IF THE SITE IS DOWN FOR ANY REASON PLEASE KEEP CHECKING BACK. WHEN IT IS BACK UP SIMPLY PLACE YOUR ORDER.
A To Z AND AZM BRAND PRODUCTS: The A To Z and AZM products from time to time will be substituted for equal or higher quality brand names if we are low on stock and do not expect the manufacturing to be done on time. This is done without notice and all return/exchange policies apply.
DAMAGED SHIPMENTS/ MIS-SHIPPED SHIPMENTS: We will work with shipping services and insurance claims on damaged and mis-routed shipments, If the product arrives damaged, wrong product arrived, we will ship another replacement at no charge for up to 30-days, if the wrong product or damaged product has not been returned to us, you will incur a second charge for the product, you can also not agree to this in which we will not ship a replacement item until the damaged shipment or the wrong product shipped issue is resolved. You must notify us at time of account sign-up if you do not agree to this, we will update your vendor account to reflect this.
CHARGEBACKS (DISPUTES): Under no circumstance is a chargeback OR dispute to be filed for any order, doing a chargeback or a dispute will automatically suspend your account. Many times it is faster to work with us to rectify a problem then doing a chargeback. Our merchant processor will not protect us since we are doing you a favor and shipping to your customer’s address on your behalf and not the billing address associated with your account, In the event a chargeback is filed or a dispute is opened you will be held liable for any and all charges associated with the order that was disputed plus any certified mail fees, and other fees associated with the chargeback or dispute, also your account may be handed off to a collection agency to collect payment if the chargeback or dispute goes through, By placing an order and by signing the vendor Agreement you agree to these terms here and in a court of Law. You also agree you are responsible for any cost incurred by collection agencies, law services, including but not limited to court and lawyer fees in the attempt to gain the chargeback amount back, you also agree to a monthly service charge of 1.5% or less by governing law in your area for any past due accounts or past due amounts on orders owed to us.
SITE CATALOG: On the right hand side of the drop ship store there is a link called printable catalog. You may print this catalog and use it for your retail or mail order product catalogs. You may also print it out so you know what each item is priced at. This will make it easier then going to the site for each item and checking its price. The printable catalog contains every item and price as stated in the store.

VENDOR DOWNLOAD CENTER: the vendor download center is located here http://vendors.atozmicro.com, it contains export files of various file types to assist you in uploading products to your online web stores.
