What you the Vendor need to know .
Cell Phones: All cell phones are unlocked by us, cell phones may have light fingerprint smudges during the unlocking process as our techs need to plug them into a unlocking station, All cell phones are boxed in bulk packaging, all cell Phones are brand new unless otherwise stated, and these are purchased from the manufacturer in bulk. Cell phones may or may not have a service provider logo, cell phones are purchased in large bulk lots and may be left over manufacturing from a larger Service provider such as t-mobile and rogers.
Appliances: Certain appliances usually over 150 Lbs. may have light dings or small scratches, this is caused by moving the item in the warehouse and can be caused during shipment, we are not responsible for small dings and scratches, We are more then happy to replace any appliance that is major dented and/or doesn't function properly.
All Haier America Brand Products: Haier America may change/update product sku#'s and model numbers where they see fit, we may have on our site a older model# that was changed by Haier America to reflect new upgrades done to the product, from time to time your customer may receive a different model # from then what was ordered through our site, we are not responsible for changed model numbers as these are directed fully by the manufacturer, if there is a huge difference in quality or the product itself we will be more then happy to exchange the product. Most times the manufacturer will update the product with new features that make the product better then described. If you need the exact stated model please contact us in advance to make sure the model# has not been changed or the product has not been upgraded by the manufacturer. Bedding: All goose down comforters and pillows are tightly packed during warehousing and shipping, Goose down comforters may take up to 1 week to loft properly and maintain its original (puffiness).
All Products: Product pictures may slightly differ from picture as shown, this may be due to an upgrade to the product that may look different but function the same. We are not responsible for products that arrive slightly different then the pictures show, if the product is totally different from the picture as shown we will be more then happy to replace the product.
Product Return Inspection: All products that are returned due to damages during the warranty period will be inspected, We reserve the right to refuse any warranty claim due to direct damage caused by the customer at our discretion, If we refuse a warranty claim the original return shipment will be returned to the customer.
By Signing the Vendor Agreement and by placing orders through us you agree to the above & below terms and all other terms as stated in the vendor agreement and on the dropship store web site. Violation of these terms can and will lead to account suspension.
Shipping: We take 1-4 business days to ship out orders, most of the time we ship the same day or the second day after you place a dropship order, during holidays and busy seasons we may take the full 4 business days before it leaves our warehouse.
Shipping Transit Time: We can only estimate the time in transit your dropship order will take using the tools provided to us from the shipping service company (i.e. UPS, USPS, FEDEX). We are not responsible for transit delays once the order has left our warehouse, All orders are insured up to the dropship price in case of damages or DOA during the shipping process. Please allow up to 5 business days for all tracking or delivery confirmation numbers to start showing information on their respective website, we have found that delivery confirmation numbers from USPS will take up to 5 business days before they are scanned into their system, we are not responsible for any delays due to transit times and/or delays in the posting of tracking statuses as this is not part of our company and we have no control over this.
Refunds: We do not grant refunds back to the original payment method after 7 business days after the order was accepted into the order entry system and charged, refunds of this type will always post to your Vendor Voucher Account and can be applied to dropshipped or wholesale orders at anytime.
