SHIPPING:
Shipping is done on a Monday thru Friday Basis from 9-5PM EST. If your order is placed on Friday at 6PM your order will not be officially placed until that coming Monday and thus will then ship that following week. All orders are shipped using USPS,UPS,FedEx or Freight Direct, all orders placed on this web site will have a tracking/Delivery number emailed to the vendor.
Order Processing Time: 1-4 Business Days, Expedited orders will be charged a $7.50 fee (1 Day Processing)
Standard Shipping Delivery Time and Time in Transit 2-9 business days depending on carrier.

RETURNS/Re-Stock Fees:
You must email us at RETURNS@ATOZMICRO.COM to obtain a RMA# for all returns
RETURNS FOR ITEMS NOT WANTED: If an item is being returned to us because it is not wanted there will be a 20% re-stock fee and you must notify us in advance.
RETURNS FOR REPLACEMENT ON DOA/DAMAGED ORDERS: If an item is being returned because it was shipped DOA or was damaged during shipment you must email us to obtain a RMA number and state the reason of return. ***NOTE*** WE DO NOT GRANT REFUNDS FOR ANY ITEMS, THE ITEM WILL ONLY BE REPLACED/EXCHANGED, WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY ITEM BACK FOR A FULL REFUND ONLY EXCHANGES ON DOA/DAMAGED ITEMS. IF YOU DO NOT WANT THE ITEM REPLACED THE 20% RESTOCK FEE EXISTS.
Bad Shipping addresses or Undeliverable as addressed Returned to sender parcels will be refunded to your Vendor account (no cash value) and a 20% re-stock fee charged.
RMA's are Valid only for 30-days after the order is placed.
ORDER CANCELLATION:
Orders cannot be cancelled once the checkout process has been completed and the order status has (pending shipment) or (shipped) status. We regret any inconvenience this may cause you. However, orders that are not custom orders will qualify for our Return Policy.
